Novotel Madrid Center

It was clean, the staff was really kind and generally nice, plus the service was exceptional! The breakfast had lots of food, including reasonably priced pancakes, fresh bread, eggs, bangers, and bacon. The hotel was absolutely great and in a very central location. Furthermore, the area was local. Very close to a subway station, a supermarket and a convenience shop were not far as well.

Facilities were superb, however Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Tastefully decorated and well-appointed units with terrace, ice, for example, especially helpful employees. Variety of tasty options for meal.

Generally, the place was wonderful and had exceptional and welcoming staff that went beyond her call of service. The executive queen room was soundproof and neat with a terrace.

Booked superior queen room, that was provided with big TV, a huge comfy bed and cofee. The breakfast was amazing, the check in was easy. Offered a shuttle from the airport.

We had a large breakfast with fruit or vegetable smoothies.

It was in a central setting to go around via the metro. It was surely a really good stay for 2 nights.

Had very enjoyable stay for 2 nights and the weather was very good. The food was delightful, included bread, eggs, pancakes, bangers, and bacon. This hotel had a central position from 2 metro stations of different lines. Plus, it was just next door to the retiro park, Madrid both for business or pleasure and bars and restaurants.

Had well-appointed room with terrace and wake-up service was available in it. This was a perfect location very close to the GOYA metro station and retiro park, and the centre, metro, taxi and buses.

Unbeatable, magnificent location very close to tube station. Also - near to both bus stops, shopping center, and the metro stations and the bus stations.

We were given brand-new, beautifully maintained room with the terrace.

Comfortable location - 20 mins walk from a bus station. Big restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. Contemporary-style building, very good sized and brand-new rooms with the bathroom and a sofa plus a balcony. So many good options for breakfast, such as pancakes, slices of fresh bread, eggs, bangers, and bacon.

The location of the hotel was central, right by the center, near by old town and beautiful park as well as Close to many restaurants.

Quaint and perfectly clean place with well-trained and friendly professional staff. Amazing pancakes, breads, eggs, bangers, and bacon. Easy to get to, perfect and exceptionally nice location close enough to nice districts and to the airport, Reriro park, and city centre. Again, walking distance to a public park.

All of the staff were really kind, exceptional. The room of place was extremely spacious and fancy with a view.

The units were brand-new and well-appointed with a shared bathroom which was magnificent. The location is magnificent, short walk to Madrid & Spain - couldn't be better.

The location was perfect and excellent because it was not far from Metro and Taxi and great bars and restaurants. I checked out New Alcala Theatre, that was set at a short distance from the property. The rooms were nicely decorated and nice modern, with a rain douche.

Not so good views.

Got the same well-appointed superior queen room with a special size bathroom booked online, enjoyed that. The location offered was unbeatable and lovely really close to the lovely Retiro Park, the center by taxi or train and Odonnell bus stop. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Madrid.

Make sure to get executive queen room with the personal belongings where misplaced and a window facing outside plus seating to choose from. The breakfasts are great in the hotel, with so many deliciously cooked and sushi and delicious options.

The bathrooms are quite small.

Thank you for the very enjoyable stay of three nights. The rooms here are brand-new and comfortable modern with a great shower. The location is perfect and lovely, just a short stroll away from an urban park. There are bars and cafés close by.

It had great and brilliant location with access to Gorongoro Play Park nearby. The selection of fresh pancakes, slices of fresh bread, eggs, bangers, and bacon was a bonus.

Very central location next to restaurants and tourist visits, common areas, and monuments, it was in a very quiet area. Also, a royal fine arts academy was a few steps away from here.

Had the standard twin room and it was brand-new and well-appointed with a special size bathroom. The pool was lovely and I had cool drinks in the downstairs bar😃

This accommodation was in the central location in the centre of Madrid City. It was also short walk to the Airport on the other side of the street, good restaurants, and cafe good and House wines.

We liked rooms with a huge private balcony. The breakfast food was fresh, with pancakes, slices of fresh bread, eggs, bangers and bacon etc. Very central location was a plus. The service was exceptional and the pool was brilliant.

Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing stay for 2 nights. The location was magnificent, close enough to the main attractions, other shopping choices, and main shopping district. Salamanca district was worth visiting.

We stayed in standard twin room with king size beds. We ate amazing pancakes, fresh bread, eggs, bangers and bacon for breakfast. Its location was incredible, close enough to Las Ventas, the very centre and Retino park, metro stations and many restaurants and bars.

The weather was very good, had very nice stay on a short visit. Loved the reasonably priced meals and great breakfast. The location was great and lovely for exploring this central area, so close to the city center and main tourist attractions, the downtown district and many shops / cafes. Also, Puerta de Alcala was placed just 1 km from the hotel.

The hotel was in a magnificent location, to tourist sites. Apart from that, Hand was 10 minutes' drive away. The food was healthy and included eggs, fresh bread, bangers and pancakes.

My must haves' are a brand-new, tastefully decorated room with seperate shower, the bathroom, as for instance.

I had beautifully designed soundproof room with a special size bathroom, a terrace and fine selection of meats. The food was gorgeous, I appreciated pancakes, slices of fresh bread, eggs, bangers and bacon served in the morning. The hotel has great location near to center of Madrid, Madrid & Spain and Salamanca, Madrid. The pool was great and I had good drinks in the main bar.

We think it's a comfortable base for staying in Madrid. All in all it's overall clean place, they have comfy beds.

It's excellent base for visiting some must see attractions in Madrid. The venue has marvellous location close to O'Donnell station.

Wonderful views, very good service with parking onsite. A bar in the lobby, convenient.

It deserves its 4 stars. Excellent location, spotlessly clean room, good breakfast. In the evening we visited Taberna Laredo, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot the hotel.

Comfortable bed & GREAT position. Loved that this hotel was a short walk to O'donnell subway station.

Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.
