The breakfast was above average and plentiful, for every taste and the staff was amicable. The standard room was new-fashioned with a balcony, so that guests had essentials. The location was marvellous, it was in the centre of the town.

The venue was great value and wonderful small, I liked the location right by sightseeing and shopping, train station, and the cafeteria or restaurant/breakfast, and patio views. The location was handy, to the Bernabau stadium for football match, and my bed was very clean. Besides, it was easy to get to Thomas Cubitt Statue. The single room was a nice size and bright. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was marvellous.

The hotel exceeded high expectations, I would return there. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely fantastic and the place was fairly clean. I've had fantastic and bright room with air ventilation. A hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets were available there. The location was unbeatable, the staff were nice. And the area was fairly nice, short walk to stadium Santiago Bernabeu, stores, restaurants and accessible to public transportation.

We asked for guest room and it was recently decorated. It was based in really nice building in a particularly good and perfect location, close to Nuevos Ministerios metro stop to the airport.

Thank you for the stay in this property - will be back. Perfect and pleasant place, it has respectful staff at the reception desk. Plus, the location is stunning, minutes from Museo Sorolla. The in-house restaurant in the hotel is good for dinner and breakfast.

It is stylish venue in a magnificent location near the good shops, the services it offers are exceptional.

All the staff were accommodating and incredible giving some tips about the city.

Got guest room when arrived, liked that.

All the services were excellent. The room was bright with a comfortable bed and a hair dryer, guest toiletries and bath sheets in the bathroom. The staff were attentive the whole time. The marvellous and best possible location was quite a walk from Church of la Milagrosa.

We greatly enjoyed the spacious bathroom. Our bonus points for Gregorio Maranon subway station, located a few steps away from the hotel.

We could have lunch in restaurante las bridas set within 300 feet. The hotel was within short walking distance to the prado museum;)))

Fantastic location, excellent staff. Tourist destinations like puerta del sol were very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Santceloni that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
