Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was competent during all this time. The room was luxurious and spotless and with a very comfortable bed, a big TV and bedrooms.

Got large and absolutely spotless room with of course a very comfortable bed, comfy beds, for example - always come in handy.

Awesome breakfast and other services were exceptional.

We had the most wonderful few days there. It was clean with excellent customer service.

A very very nice area, perfect and quiet location right by away from the crowds in Madrid centre, the football ground until 11.00 p.m. After the game and city center, metro station, restaurants or shops. Not too far from Dean Village.

The standard room I stayed in was spotless on lower floors. I loved that the design was modern. The location was incredible and excellent in a very nice area, adjacent to Cathedral / Royal Palace as well as grocery store. Found The Constitution with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

Tbh, had a brilliant stay for a lovely vacation. It was clean, breakfast was astonishing. The hotel's location was central, next to the river. Moreover, it was so close to the center of town, the town centre and metro line. Thoroughly enjoyed their complimentary drinks, served in the tapas bar.

The hotel was special, and fairly clean, and the location was particularly good and excellent in a quiet area. The room was big size and offered a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. Private bathroom was fairly clean. We had a very relaxing time staying at this property.

I loved having reasonably good breakfast with a river view. The location was good and incredible as for me, close enough to Madrid for a show near puerta del angel, the center of madrid and bus station and the King's palace.

Unfortunately my room was far too hot.

Location: the hotel was near the stadium, and bus station. The double room was spotless and new-fashioned. All the staffs were competent and very attentive.

The airport was 30 km away. Every staff member was competent and very efficient. Greatly enjoyed our brand-new room equipped with a very comfortable bed, a big TV, for example.

Booked suite, that included a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area. The location was nice for traveling around Madrid, near the Center of Madrid and Playa Mayor, Perfect to go for a run along the river and Metro stops and flushing of bathroom.

We appreciated staying 8 nights here. It had all needed for a holiday in Madrid. The standard room on upper floors, facilities worked for us.

Sincerely, it was a good stay on vacation. We really enjoyed the view of street. The venue was in a central location just off the center, Plaza Mayor and taxi. Arganzuela district was worth visiting.

Want to say thank you for very lovely stay. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is efficient. Immaculate rooms come with bedrooms, scenic view and of course a very comfortable bed. The location is magnificent, 1 km from Athens Park. It's based in very nice area, to the stadium. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is amazing.

The standard room was immaculate with bedrooms, parking-cheap blankets, as example. Having a roll in shower, a hair dryer and a bidet was a bonus. It was in a central location, close to transport. All the staff was pleasant and welcoming, solved my issues.

The services are great, including a nice pool. A standard twin room on lower floors has basic facilities you need. The staff are efficient and the breakfast is incredible. The location is marvellous, 10 minutes' walk to Centro.

We were really close to some of our favorite spots such as plaza de espana. Modern hotel, we would love to come back here some time. Convenient location walking distance to a bus stop, easy to get around. It was an ideal place for one night.
