We had a pretty nice bedroom. The breakfast with cheeses, pastries and hams was marvellous.

It was a really good stay, lovely quiet place. The marvellous and wonderful breakfast with fresh juices, egg chef and cheeses was served in the club.

Fairly clean hotel, marvellous location to the public transport, enjoyable breakfast. Well-appointed and new-fashioned room with street view. Clean private bathroom.

Not so friendly staff!

The place was exceptionally clean with a very friendly and well-trained staff. Everything was modern, nonetheless a few employees were pretty poor.

It was a silent place, had really helpful and attentive stuff from the receptionists to house keeping. Large and stylish room, it had an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel television. The bed and pillows where large and the bathroom was reasonably spacious.

Didn't like the area, it was dull.

The property is top quality and exceptionally clean, offers wonderful breakfasts. Pimlico station is 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. It has especially helpful, competent staff. The service at the club is efficient.

My room included a safe, a minibar, and central heating. The bed was very comfy with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows😀🙂

The stuff is attentive here, the services are terrific, and location is good really close to the city center & Retiro park, shopping districts and Parque del Retiro, supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants around. The breakfast has marvellous options with cheeses, fresh juices and pastries.

we have booked standard twin room with clean facilities. the staff was attentive and accommodating, everything was excellent. we loved the view of street. the venue was in a very central location near to the metro and many restaurants. apart from that, a grand boulevard was 10 minutes' drive away.

The service at this hip new hotel was exceptional. It was practical, huge and with balcony. The location was unbeatable, relatively close to Lavinia.
