The room was good sized and well-designed with nice views, the twin bed, for example and safety measures included safe. I had great food for breakfast with so many options.

Soundproof, a decent size unit with very comfy beds, a well stocked refrigerator, for example.

Thoroughly enjoyed our room, it was well-appointed and had central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment. And it had a magnificent view over the neighbouring gardens.

Really enjoyed how comfortable modern the property was and its caring stuff from the welcoming front desk to excellent ancillary services. The hotel was in a central setting to the Tyseen museum. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Centro district.

Breakfast was inclusive, great views, marvellous location just next door to many museums and restaurants, and the centre of the city close to all attractions. The rooms where tastefully decorated and great-sized with separate bathroom. The bed was very big, I slept like a baby. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was wonderful overall. Had the option to leave my car nearby. The whole experience was very lovely.

It is a great modern property located in Centro district just off beautiful parks and shopping district and Madrid for a couple of nights. The staff is particularly helpful, caring. It has unbeatable and incredible location close to all the important sights.

Thanks a lot all for a really really nice stay on vacation. The staff were proactive and competent and the location was marvellous in good area. Plus, it was just off main museums and the interesting neighborhoods of Chueca and Lavapies, the center between Gran Via and central Madrid within walking distance of Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and Puerto de Sol.

Not always friendly staff!

Appreciated that the hotel was fancy and had outstandingly helpful staff with super smiling receptionist. The location was absolutely perfect - ease of access to Circulo de Bellas Artes. Plus, it was so close to also the airport bus, a metro station and Europe and Spain.

It had excellent and wonderful location not far from Madrid and the Museums, subway and restaurants and Santa Ana square.

The hotel is fancy and reasonably clean, has incredible views of the garden. The superior queen room is brand-new and beautifully maintained. Plus, the location is best possible and prime, minutes from Circulo de Bellas Artes. And it's not far from Thyssen museums, excellent tapas restaurants, Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel, and Retiro Park and business areas and airport.

The room was well-equipped, with smoke detectors and stunningly beautiful views of the garden. We had a very big bed and they prepared a full size and sumptuous breakfast.

The venue is pleasant and stylish, its location is easy, close enough to the big park and the city centre, Salamanca and Gran Via.

Thank you for a brilliant stay. The staff are well-trained and patient, offer very good services. It's impressive with very big beds and fantastic views. The location is prime, not too far from a world famous modern art museum.

It had central location close to a vast pedestrianized public square. All the stuff was incredible, resolved my issues. Actually everything was excellant, my next choice again in Madrid.

Superior place. It was right at Madrid city center. Room was good sized, we enjoyed the view of street from the window. Moreover, we had no problems with free Wi Fi...

We had a bar in the lobby area. It's relatively close to Banco de Espana subway station, appreciated that, easily traveled around the city.

We dined at Sturios, that is just 200 feet away. A 10-minute walk is all what you need to get to the prado museum. Best hotel experience: )
