Nh Collection Madrid Gran Via

The location was good and unbeatable in a very lively area, just off the main attractions and many bars/restaurants, tourist destinations, restaurants and shopping and the tapas bars and the discos.

Comfortable bed & best possible and top position close enough to historical center. A great selection of good items for continental breakfast.

Disgusting area.

Nicely decorated place, it was fairly clean and had consistently courteous and amazingly nice staff from the chambermaids. Our room was double superior and reasonably large and provided with wonderful views, huge balcony, for example as expected. The breakfast was great cooked on our inclusive rate; the location was incredible.

We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The bathroom was a decent size with bidet.

We were at the twin/double room, it had absolutely breathtaking view.

Amazingly nice staff, more than adequate and amazing breakfast with sliced meats, hot items plus croissants. Amazing, fantastic location in Madrid, not far from parade across the street and the most sightseeing places.

All in all everything was really good, had a good stay on vacation. The rooms were brand-new with a lovely balcony over the gran via, the staff were extremely friendly. Enjoyed our stay here and can recommend.

Near a bus stop, overall I loved the location, it's best possible and top. The breakfast options are more than adequate with cheeses.

The location was best possible, in the Centro district and near a bus stop. The staff were especially helpful and caring in case of questions. Overall the room was a nice size and well-equipped with a view of Gran Via, 2 twin beds, a balcony.

The hotel had a very central location and it was right next to a large urban plaza. The room I stayed in was double superior and complete with great views over parts of Madrid and large terrace plus complimentary tea.

I enjoyed good sized room and its marble-lined bathroom. A bidet and even a bidet were available there. The location of the property was great and stunning, to taxis & metro stop.

The restaurant was fabulous for Italian food here, I had tasty dishes. Extremely friendly staff gave advice on things to do. The location was particularly good and stunning - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

The location was excellent and incredible, in easy walking distance of all the main sights. The staff was helpful and top-class at all levels. I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for Italian food.

We truly enjoyed it so would love to return. It is a well priced and good standard property located in Centro district not far from Toledo, Segovia, & El Escorial.

The place is nicely appointed and reasonably clean, it offers substantial breakfast and perfect location close to everything except the Bull Fighting Stadium. The room is a nice size with a panoramic view.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was first-class. We had a twin/double room which was functional and air-conditioned. Incredible location in the heart of Madrid, the staff were very pleasant and consistently courteous.

The venue is high quality, food is tasty, top location near the puerta del sol area. The staff is genuinely helpful, the breakfast is more than adequate and fresh made. They have non-alcoholic beverages in the sky bar.

Came here for a holiday, recommendable. We really good spend 3 nights in Madrid. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating with first-class services. There were extremely comfy beds and a small balcony, comfortable chais, and a writing table inside the room. They offered us fresh meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

It has great location to see a large urban plaza. It's in a very very good building in the very lively area.

It was clean, and the people were outstandingly accommodating. The venue was set in the very central position right by the Presidential Palace, a truly excellent, new and chic restaurant a half-block away and the main square. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel.

Reasonably priced brand-new place, it has magnificent and perfect location right by an alley between the Calle Mayor, Plaza Mayor, all the museums, great shopping and restaurants, and tourist destinations. The staff are helpful and top-class people with friendly service.

everything met standards, had a very lovely stay for 3 nights in august. everything was fairly clean and perfect. the location was brilliant, at a walking distance from calle de la princesa. you could walk to shops and boutiques. the room was compact, provided with a kettle, a balcony and 2 twin beds. the people were efficient, will exceed the expectations.

The room is air-conditioned and perfect with 2 single beds available, everything is perfect. The location is marvellous, 1 km from a vast pedestrianized public square.

I loved twin room. The stuff was KNOWLEDGEABLE and cooperative all the time. It had central location close to Plaza de Callao. It was a safe area, a great base for me.

Stayed in twin/double room which was perfect for me. The best part was the lovely view of the street. The location was marvellous and brilliant, a 10-15 minute walk from a large urban plaza.

The location is stunning, at a medium distance from a national museum. It is near a bus station. The breakfasts is delicious and substantial with variety of food.

The property was in the heart of the city. Besides, it was close enough to shops-shoes, clothes, food-everything, Madrid, and the main artery...

Well, it was a really nice stay for 3 nights in August. Neat and airy room, the bathroom was best. The bed was extremely comfy, and the staff were attentive and efficient. The hotel was in a very central setting right next to a metro station.

Location: the hotel was so close to the airport, Madrid, and taxi. The room was compact and fabulous with a terrace, the breakfast was delicious.

Nice view to street from the rooftop terrace. We had a minibar, climate control and an individual safe. Rosi la Loca Taberna, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

the hotel was great and with la gloria de montera located in 5 minutes' walk, where you can eat. we visited that venue before and we enjoyed rooms and the comfort.
