The venue is nicely designed, food is gorgeous, marvellous location close to main city attractions. Make sure to get superior room with extra bed, a great view, open windows. Really great service, the breakfast was delicious and sumptuous and they have public parking if needed.

Pleasant hotel in a marvellous location to the main attractions in Madrid, enjoyed this place. Overall it was nicely furnished and brand-new, with a separate bathroom. There were a safe box, a minibar, and central heating.

The whole experience was extra special from start to finish, would recommend. We were there for 4 days, everything was modern, loved its perfect location not far from Serrano Street the golden Avenue of Madrid, metro stations and ' cercanias ' train and all Madrid sights. The breakfast offered was extensive with healthy food options and healthy food, for instance.

Greatly enjoyed the fact that I chose this beautifuly designed hotel. The room was brand-new and well-equipped with smoke detectors for safety measures. Food was fabulous and I have nothing but fine memories from this trip.

Fairly nice stay on a business trip to Guadalajara. Everything was excellent, reasonably clean hotel, particularly good and incredible location to the more luxurious shopping area in Madrid. Extremely comfy bed in the superior room, plus an adjoining terrace, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk.

Overall had enjoyable stay for a business trip. The rooms were a nice size and well furnished with a big bathroom, no complaints whatsoever. Location: the hotel was so close to barrio Salamanca. It also was to metro taxis.

our stay was an amazing experience. the pool area was nice, bed was great. as picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to carl's jr couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. room was good sized for us.
