Impeccable service. Spacious and luxurious room with terrace which was amazing, good offer. Exceptionally good breakfast selection for all tastes with very tasty coffee and deli meats and custom omelette.

The service is excellent with private parking available and delightful meals. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with terrace, comfy bed plus the bath tub and care about everyone.

The location in a very nice area was good and there were a bakery and boutiques nearby. Just 10 minutes on foot to Pimlico underground, was a big plus. The breakfast in the morning was reasonably good and complete with deli meats, very tasty coffee and custom omelette.

The location was nice, because a subway station was based close to the hotel. I booked modern and stylish room with the ceiling over the bath tub, all the amenities and terrace.

When I am in Madrid, I like staying here. The breakfast choices are wonderful with custom omelette, very tasty coffee, fresh omelettes. As for me, the location is excellent and perfect, in a great neighbourhood with pleasant staff.

This hotel is huge with particularly helpful staff and amazing food. I have stayed in the superior king room with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The breakfast is enjoyable, and the location is perfect really close to metro and downtown area and the NH Collection Madrid Abascal.

View was pleasant, breakfast was enjoyable, and beds were very big.

The rooms are well-appointed even with ac on full blast, everything is superb. Please let the incredibly attentive and competent staff know of my gratefulness for a very very good stay. The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable - close to a tube station. Cacio & Pepe, where you can eat lunch, is not very far from the hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful and provided with custom omelette and very tasty coffee, for example. The location of the hotel was central, not far from several different metro, Plaza Mayor and good restaurants. We ordered lunch at Jimbo Smokehouse, located right next to the venue.

The units are spacious with terrace. They have a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The property has a particularly good and unbeatable location, near to cafes and restaurants as well as Barrio Salamanca. The staff is PLEASANT, incredible.

The setting was ideal and nice, adjacent to tasty bakeries, the metro line near by and the airport in rush. Tried some nice meals at Ardoka, located close to the hotel.

Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was elegant. The restaurant was amazing for the dinner here, I had amazing dishes. There was a nice view of garden. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. You could walk to boutiques and shops.

It was fairly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and excellent, beds were very big. Overall the service was excellent.

Outstanding experience there. Very clean bed in the premium room, plus an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and air conditioner. Perfect setting, just next door to the center by metro, taxi, electric scooter or simply walking as well as Madrid or other part of the world where NH Collection are. Enjoyable breakfast spread.

The hotel is situated in the central location in a calmer area of Madrid. It offers very good services.

The superior room had all we needed, including huge bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from El Corte Ingles Goya. And it was also just next door to Spain, Madrid, and Close to two metro stations...

The bathroom was fine, and the room itself was new-fashioned. Central location adjacent to electric scooter, and nice restaurants and bars, it was in a very nice area.

its location within easy walking distance of hand was magnificent. we needed to stay close to a subway station. all the employees where accommodating and incredible.

The location was 1 mile to santiago bernabeu stadium. We were happy to find La Gabinoteca 400 ft away, where we could eat. The bed was good, best sleep ever. Usera neighborhood deserves to be explored...
