Everything was really good, even so a few employees were not particularly friendly.

The staff is hospitable, the breakfast great, the location is magnificent adjacent to Madrid, two metro stations - very good connection from the airport, to the Atocha high speed railway station and to the city centre, and Nuevos Ministerios/Salamanca:)))

The weather was fine, had very comfortable stay for the 5-day visit.

Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

The hotel is situated in the central location close to the subway. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, as well as hostess.

Every detail was very good, really enjoyable. Superior double room accommodated us perfectly. Very clean bed and pillows, there were an individual safe, climate control, and a minibar available. Stayed in this property for 5 nights and truly enjoyed our choice.

The view from standard room was pleasant.

Peaceful hotel with convenient location to the Alonso Cano metro station, and the breakfast was great. The room was brand-new and good-sized, we had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Location: the venue was right by many restaurants and bars, restaurant and super markets...

I didn't want to leave and would definitely return here. The breakfast was delicious, overall food was great! The room was nicely furnished and what's more - included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. In general the staff were efficient and helpful.

Nice looking and beautifully designed hotel in a peaceful area, walk from bars and restaurants. Extremely helpful and attentive staff throughout. Brand-new and good sized units with a large balcony. Stylish restaurant, at the lobby. Relaxing base for exploring Madrid.
