Super and brilliant position was an added bonus. The stuff was really kind and enthusiastic and catered to my every need.

The hotel had a very central location and it was extremely close to an iconic street.

A good stay for four nights. Clean hotel with very pleasant and accommodating staff and a great value. Excellent and particularly good location, restaurants and bars right at the venue. Walking distance to all the main shops and a supermarket across the street. Perfect and delightful meals.

Huge and big size units available with a large ventilation system which kept coming on, a beautiful newly renovated bathroom and a patio.

We were in a great and fab location within easy walking distance of a large urban plaza.

We had a very good trip here and recommend. Appreciated Madrid, the hotel was nice in an excellant location right in the middle of everything. The location was excellent and particularly good - very close to shopping places such as primark, h & m, zara as well as all touristic areas. Centro district was worth exploring.

The views were not so good.

The setting was brilliant, next to the centre of Gran Via, and metro stations. It also was very close to the most landmark.

The total stay was very pleasant for four nights. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable in any situation. The location was marvellous and fantastic for walking around a large urban plaza. Plus the hotel was right at restaurants and bars. The food we tried was amazing and they have lots of meals to choose from.

Incredible very central location, really close to real center of Madrid, all the main attractions and a tube station at the end of the road and tourist destinations. Also, easy to get to all the sites.

Everything was good here, and the views were nice! Silent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, bathroom was good size. The staff were very very nice and exceptional too.

It was a really comfortable stay for four nights. A great selection of perfect food, we liked it. The location was super and brilliant, and we could reach a grand boulevard by walking. Also was close to restaurants and bars. Btw, the airport was 25 km away. Everything was simply great.

The magnificent and amazing location was right by Gran Via Street.

We had the apartment with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Plus it had courtyard view.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

We liked this place. The location was unbeatable and incredible, for example, a huge plaza was within walking distance of the hotel. Besides, it was next to tourist destinations and the airport.

All in all, it was nice place for travelling to Madrid. The hotel provided excellent prices. The food was well priced. It had very central location close to Carrera de San Jeronimo.

We loved wake-up service available. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a huge plaza was incredible and handy. It was located in a domestic area just off clubs and bars, very nice restraunts, and Madrid...

Tidy and silent unit with sunbeds etc, the double bed, for instance.

I liked the huge and silent room with full proper kitchens, spacious bathroom plus a terrace.

It was well priced. Everything was fine, had a pleasant stay for four nights. I booked new-fashioned room, that was offered with sunbeds etc, the double bed, as example. The location was handy, not very far from Paseo del Prado: )

The staff were polite all the time of my stay.
