it was quiet and clean room with a microwave, iron/ironing board, and a work desk. all the staff was very kind, fixed my issues.

The idea to include a microwave oven and refrigerators in the queen room was nice. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The location near a subway station was good and handy, most places in Madrid were within reach
