We think it's a convenient base for staying in Madrid. The location is perfect and good, it's near the centre as well as the atocha station. Madrid is good for trip, Palos de la Frontera underground station is nearby.

Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a large urban plaza. Amazingly nice staff suggested restaurants.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

The room was great-sized, with central heating, a multi-channel television, and a study table. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were extremely comfy. Every staff member was affable and amicable. The location was very central, perfect very close to train station😀🙂❤
