Great and gorgeous location, it was very close to the relaxing outdoor garden with service, fountains and a pianist, and common areas.

I had great food for breakfast with soggy sausages. Most of the staff were top-class and incredibly attentive.

The location is perfect, 1 km from an urban park. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-kept and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes.

Reasonably clean property with modern design, and free of charge continental breakfast. A nice size and well-kept room overlooking the street. Very big beds & service-minded and well managed employees from maids. The best location in a very pleasant terrace area, elegant style building. Also - next to the best museums, which is the parent company and the centre of the city close to all the main attractions.

The location was very central, close enough to other major galleries including the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, and all attractions of Madrid. The staff were extremely accommodating and amazingly nice and offered us a neat room with traditional decor.

Lounge bar, a nice size and well-kept room with a canopy bed, the terrace, as for instance. The best, convenient location in Madrid, near the front square, fine museums and Madrid Atocha train station. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Prado nearby.

Overall had just perfect stay on vacation. The location was unbeatable, relatively close to Prado National Museum. The hotel was in a very convenient area, just next door to the main rail station, and all city attractions : museums.

Everything is modern here, had a just perfect stay with exceptional service and standards. The garden restaurant is very nice and having slices of fresh bread and pastries for breakfast is a bonus.

The rooms are extremely pleasant and have outstanding view over the hotel's garden and the city. It has excellent location to see Prado National Museum.

We loved it and will come back. The breakfast was warm and above average and you could try fresh bread and pastries etc. Our room was brand-new and extremely pleasant, offered with window to the intern hall, inside space and tub.

The rooms here are stocked and excellent quality with good sunlight.

Views over the gardens in front of the hotel were AWESOME, the room was compact and neat. Having a tub and slippers was a bonus. The location of the venue was very central, next to landmark Madrid sights and main shopping districts of Gran Via and Salamanca on the other.

Overall - good old place with well managed staff from maids to maintenance to doormen. Warm continental breakfasts with spanish champagne, strong wi-fi...

Recently renovated, generous sized room with a separate bathroom and a tub and a shower. Perfect location with exceptional views.

Greatly enjoyed this nicely appointed accommodation with exceptionally well trained and well managed staff from maids. I had a complimentary breakfast with soggy sausages, the food was good. The hotel was in a central setting in the wonderful garden. I was surprised at nearby Viena Capellanes, they had some goodies, drinks.

The breakfast with fresh bread and pastries was gorgeous and fantastic. The staff were amazingly kind and exceptionally nice and were around whole time. The location was exceptional, relatively near a world famous modern art museum. There was a good restaurant, a market and boutiques next door.

Generally, appreciated this lovely old fashioned and well-organized accommodation with very professional staff especially at the reception desk. They upgraded me to an a nice size room with a splendid view to the park. Breads and pastries were good and brilliant. Have stayed here many times and will certainly stay here again.

Magnificent location really close to the main boulevard and the two major museums across the streets and the train station. Units with a king bed.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and top-class with incredible bed linen kept by the top-class staff.

it's just walking distance from suite & tea, where you can have lunch. breakfast fee was €32 per person. it was worth its 5 stars.

We loved our stay. All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Madrid😃❤
