Magnificent and perfect position right in the centre of Madrid. Cooperative and efficient people working here. Quiet atmosphere and double room with bath.

Its rooms are nicely decorated with a bath. The location is excellent and stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a vast pedestrianized public square.

Perfectly clean place, staff was best and efficient. The room was air conditioned & nicely decorated together with private bathroom as well as a window onto an internal light well.

The place was beautifully decorated and fancy, no complains at all, do recommend. The location was perfect there, close to all amenities. Hotel's continental breakfast had something for everyone.

My 2 nights in Madrid were very nice! The continental breakfast catered for everyone. The location was great and brilliant, near a subway station, if you need it. There was a nice restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the attractions and the best Peruvian restaurant. The staff was very helpful, excellent co-operating, and responded promptly to requests. The food was delicious with variety of alternatives.

Everything was brand-new, excellent service, super location next to main sightseeings, Madrid for 5 days on an impromptu solo trip, and a near by cafe included in the price. We had the double room and it was attractive and complete with a bathroom, fridge, as for instance. The staff was charming and wonderful, we had an easy check-in. The vibe here was quiet.

I was there for 2 nights and would want to stay there again. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. Had brunch in the El minibar, located nearby. Exceptional service was provided.

This hotel met standards in every way, can recommend. Its location in Madrid was unbeatable, right by the royal palace and many other areas that are worth visiting, the Opera subway stop and the train station, Reina Sofia museum, the Prado, Parque del Retiro, or Goya's tomb.

Very very helpful staff and perfect location just next door to the 'Opera' Metro station, and cafe where breakfastast was served. A good choice of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

we asked for the guest room with 2 beds and it was ready when arrived. we had an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room.
