I truly enjoyed the room with a balcony. There were an electric kettle, refrigerators, and a toaster upon arrival. The location was marvellous, relatively close to The Cavern Club. The staff was fairly friendly, nice, no complaints whatsoever.

The place deserved 3 stars. This was a marvellous and good location just next door to the main train station, and cafes. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Centro district.

Pretty friendly and nice staff did a great job. The location was great, to the main train station Atocha, and the bed good. Had nice dainties at Cookie Creations, located around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The position was great and magnificent, minutes from a subway station. And it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown.

A train station walking distance to the property was really handy.

If in Madrid again would definitely go back. I would say it's excellent place for staying and exploring Madrid. The staff is nice.

Wanted to explore Madrid and this hotel was easy base for doing it. The room we had included an air conditioning, a sofa bed, and coffee and tea making equipment. We got a bath too. Location: the venue was near the main train station, and Madrid. Besides, a huge plaza was 2 km away from the venue.

It's good base for visiting some must see attractions in Madrid. The location is great and particularly good and the staff are REALLY FRIENDLY. The airport is 25 km away, easy to get to.

We think it's a fabulous base for staying in Madrid. The setting is excellent and brilliant, it's right by metro station. Thank you for a such wonderful stay.
