Early check-in and friendly customer service. Compact and new-fashioned unit in brilliant condition, very amiable staff.

My comfort room had a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe. The bed was big, a bathtub worked well.

The rooms where well-equipped and good value for money, complete with nice interiors, the terrace plus a modern design, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

We stay in deluxe king room quite often, it is neat and compact. The beds are nice to sleep on.

Everyone we met from the staff was so caring and caring.

The total stay was enjoyable on a business trip. It was in a magnificent and perfect location next to Teatro de la Abadia. You could walk to a bakery and boutiques.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun and met very professional and friendly efficient staff from the facilities to the staff members.

Trendy boutique hotel in a quiet area near the centre of the city, and major tourist sites.

Its location was peaceful, adjacent to the very centre and the tourist locations. After long day I visited La Violeta for a couple of drinks.

Make sure to get comfort room with 2 single beds, extra water bottle, a balcony.

Everything was perfect and the rooms were comfy. The staff were accommodating and great and the design was nice. The location was magnificent, for example, Museo Sorolla was within walking distance of the hotel. And it was also near the center Madrid, and Plaza Mayor. Loved this lovely stay on a business trip.

It had central location close to Sala Galileo Galilei. Besides, it was not far from Madrid, bars and Taberna de Paula nearby.

Plenty of food for breakfast, it was brilliant! Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an official residence.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. Touristic area near the hotel. Liked that there was Kooby Brochettes with short-orders next door to the venue, super convenient. Big, pleasant room.
