I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were exceptionally nice.

The location is very central, walk from a palace and a Royal palace. It takes 5 mins by foot to the bus stop.

The staff was superfriendly, very attentive. The location was great: souvenir shops and a convenience shop were within walking distance.

In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with a large bed, excellent shower, partially separated toilet and that was great. The venue's position was central.

It was real good time in Madrid. The people working in the hotel were affable and excellent. The location in central Madrid was unbeatable for us. Besides, it was right by the local park, all the main attractions, and the Gran Via.

Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.

The location was exceptionally nice and excellent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Moncloa-Aravaca district was worth staying in. We liked staying at this hotel and definitely coming here again.

The venue is clean, the staff is wonderfully friendly and amicable. The rooms are fashionable, the bed is very comfy. The interior is nice and design is nice. It has good restaurant and exceptionally nice and magnificent location in the heart of the city.

Peaceful and magnificent location for our visit to a famed street a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Based so close to marvellous Madrid, the Royal Palace, restaurants and all main sites.

my sister and i liked being there. it was in an excellent location near a state - owned museum. and the area was really quiet, short walk to city centre, and the local park, local cafe & restaurants.

My stay was very very good here. Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was well laid out and air-conditioned. The personnel was affable, doing their best to assist.
