Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our choice. The room was warm and our bed was comfortable, had a really nice experience. A hairdryer, shower caps, and bath sheets were available there. It had particularly good location with access to Main Square nearby.

Every employee we encountered was particularly helpful. The location was marvellous and perfect, at a moderate distance from Prado National Museum.

TBH, the room was very small, we expected better.

Location close enough to good tapas bars, great bar / restaurant and the museums.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this luxurious and absolutely great hotel. The personnel were efficient and attentive and gave me loads of advice. I ate at a great restaurant which does breakfast. It was nice to have central heating, an iron/ironing board and an electronic key card.

It was straightforward hotel with extremely friendly and amiable staff at the reception desk. The property's location was great and brilliant, easy to get to from the airport using the Metro. Went to Inclan Brutal Bar for drink or two, set not too far from the property.

Luxurious, nice budget property. Affable and attentive staff members, at the reception desk. Warm and reasonably spacious units available with balcony as well as a high ceiling. A good choice of decent food for meals. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a prominent opera house.
