This hotel had a very central position near Central station. All of the staff were very very helpful and hospitable.

Had great stay during the first night. The location was marvellous and good, close to Plaza del Angel. It was set near bars and restaurants.

Brand-new and spotlessly clean units with a balcony, a comon bathroom, for example, and pretty friendly staff. Cheap and excellent meals. Excellent and fantastic location, not too far from a large urban plaza.

The setting is great, it's close enough to many tapas restaurants and coffee shops, and rainy Madrid.

It was in a very central setting very close to the centre of town. The staff were affable and outstandingly accommodating, no complains at all.

Possibly the best and fine stay during the first night. Amiable, very helpful staff with smiling face. Central location, at a walking distance from a huge plaza. Walking distance to shopping centres and a supermarket across the street.

Neat and modern units for the bathrooms, loved it. Central heating, a work desk, and a TV set were a nice touch. The location was fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a vast pedestrianized public square.

Sincerely, it was a really great stay during the first night. The room was air conditioned and the location was brilliant and awesome. The food they offered was brilliant, had variety of meals.

The folks working here were polite and amicable. The location was incredible and awesome, for example, Plaza de Armas was not too far from the hotel. Moreover, it's just off all bars, restaurants, shops, transport and cafes and cafes.

We loved superior double room provided with balcony, new furniture, as example. Having a hairdryer, toiletries and fresh towels was a bonus. The location was incredible and handy, at a walking distance from a large urban plaza.
