Compact and modern room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV, and good bed. Magnificent location and good facilities.

The venue is functional, with nice food and magnificent location very close to 3 metro stations. Early check-in, parking nearby. Tapas bar in the hotel.

Calm area, very central location short walk to Royal Palace, several metro stations and Gran Via with lots of shops, the city center close to many tourist attractions and the Cathedral, the Gran Via, Plaza Major and Puerta del Sol, right in the center.

Beds were not so good.

The room I booked was well-equipped and nice cosy and provided with 4 single beds, bathroom, as for instance.

Tastefully decorated unit with breakfast. Stunning and fab location, close to a tube station if needed.

Had good stay for one night. Had executive queen room with breakfast and wake-up service was available in it. I really enjoyed to be in this place.

Enjoyed our rooms with breakfast. The location was particularly good, and we could reach a neoclassical garden by walking. It was surely a perfectly pleasant stay on holiday.

I enjoyed to be here, everything was nice. The room was cheap, decent sized and well priced, with 4 beds. The staff there were amicable and efficient. Had free soft drinks in the beer bar in the evening. I was pleased with good service.

Neat and beautifully designed rooms and central heating, a work desk, and multi-channel television included. There was a hydro massage shower, a plus for me. The location was unbeatable and amazing, for example, a huge plaza was relatively close to the hotel.

The hotel was set in a very central area next to the Cathedral, the Gran Via, Plaza Major and Puerta del Sol, right in the center, the crowds and metro and shopping. The stuff were excellent and really friendly day and night. Overall it was well-appointed with daily cleaning services.

Lovely design of interiors in executive triple room. They provided excellent service.

The location was marvellous and fab, close to an underground station. Had a well-equipped and good-sized room with with complementary bottle, tea and the bedroom for my comfort.

The hotel was clean, everything was good. My room was decent size and well-designed, well priced and with breakfast. Btw it included central heating, a work desk, and a TV.

Liked the place, had a very good stay on holiday. The hotel staff was excellent and efficient, not annoying. Had an a decent size room to myself with the bedroom, shower and 4 single beds. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

We stayed at the nice cosy room with nice paintings, shower, for example. The location was particularly good, relatively near a huge plaza. What's more, it was adjacent to many restaurants and bars, metro station and bus stops and the important monuments.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

The weather was pleasant, had really good stay on holiday. Stunning very central location not far from metro and shopping, Gran Via which are the heart of the city, and the royal palace and the Gran Via, also the metro Opera station in very close. Centro district was worth visiting.

the hotel was nicely decorated, liked courtyard view from our executive triple room. there were good beds and central heating, a work desk and a tv inside the room. everything was nice, even so a few employees were very unfriendly. the setting was incredible, not far from many restaurants and bars, puerta del sol, and metro stations. it also was near many different metro lines. there was a beer bar.

The room was new-fashioned and neat had all we needed, it was complete with the bedroom, nice paintings, for example.

Loved my amazing stay for one night. The location of the hotel was incredible - within walking distance of Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. There were restaurants and bars next to the place.

The hotel was appealing and unique, and the staff were welcoming, loved the MAGNIFICENT location close to the center, the restaurant in the accommodation, and Gran Via and the Royal Theatre. Centro district was worth staying in. The service was exceptional with an early check-in.

The location was incredible and pleasant - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was compact, had an amazing bathroom. The staff was efficient and best, they provided a very good service.

It was well priced, compared to other trendy boutique hotels. The executive room was cheap and spotless. Had free soft drinks in the tapas bar. The facilities were great too...

Good food, helpful staff. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. It offers nice prices.

We dined at chocolateria san gines, that is just 900 feet away. Lovely place for a vacation in Madrid! 20 minutes' drive to the airport;)))
