Every time in Madrid, I choose this place. The hotel is neat with a modern design and based in a very very good building. The room is cheap and modern with a comfy bed and pillows.

Make sure to get queen room with mini bar, private bathroom, for example. It is located nearby a tube station and is in an excellent location. The staff is knowledgeable, excellent.

It has awesome very central location in the centre of town.

Location: the hotel was just off restaurants in a very lively area perfect for exploring Madrid.

What a particularly good location very close to 2 halal takeaways! Again, not far from a large urban plaza. Fancy and cheap unit with great lighting, affable staff.

Bad smell in the room.

it was in the very central location in the center of madrid. besides, it was so close to the metro, and the 3 main museums and the historical old town.

It was clean, staff was excellant. We had king room, and it was cheap. The location was particularly good for walking around a vast pedestrianized public square. There was a pleasant restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door. We loved staying in this hotel!

It made my trip to Madrid a really great experience. The hotel was great, I really enjoyed its welcoming staff.

Had new-fashioned room complete with the air-conditioning, a fridge, for instance. The location couldn't be more magnificent and wonderful close to restaurants and entertainment.

Nice building and rooms with great lighting. A cosy decor. Very central location, relatively near Prado National Museum.

My room was great-sized with the window to the inner yard, had smoke detectors for safety measures. A private safe, central heating, and a work desk available were an advantage. The location was magnificent, a short walk to a vast pedestrianized public square.

The place was fairly clean, surprisingly large rooms. The room for value for money. We were in a great location relatively close to a huge plaza. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

The stuff are helpful, we enjoyed them. They offer neat, new-fashioned rooms with 3 single beds, computer and value for money.

The hotel was fairly clean with spotless rooms and knowledgeable staff. Really enjoyed the tapas restaurant onsite...

The location was strategic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Prado National Museum. Plus, it was just off Plaza Santa Ana nestled amongst many tapas bars and really great bars and restaurants.

The staff was not very friendly.

Clean, small hotel. Units with the window to the inner yard. Brilliant location, 5 minutes' walk to an iconic street. And really close to the 3 main museums and the historical old town, the centre of Madrid and shops nearby.

Loved the place, had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay with a good value of money. Queen room was fancy and themed with great lighting. Extras like a private safe, central heating and a work desk were appreciated.

Everything was great, polite staff, incredible location near all major attractions, the center, and Madrid. I really enjoyed tapas restaurant;)))

One could dine at restaurants such as museo del jamon 5 minutes away. Great tourist spots like puerta del sol were not far from this hotel
