The location is in an excellent and incredible spot close to restaurants and bars.

Greatly enjoyed my stay, had an excellent experience. The hotel was quiet, though I stayed for 1 night only. The staff was welcoming and polite, provided me with a beautifully maintained twin/double room. Private bathroom was clean.

Well, the area was not that good overall.

I came here for 4 nights and had a really amazing stay. I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were amiable and excellent. Amazing very central location near the centre of Madrid, the restaurant at €6 per person and the square Puerta del Sol. Plus, I could reach The Cavern Club at a short distance from the hotel. Downstairs bar was there.

Location really close to restaurants and bars, the center of the City, and shopping area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from an Emigration gallery. New-fashioned and tidy room available with soaps, three twin beds, as for instance. Paid £ 185.

Overall the place is tidy and modern, it suited the needs. They have carbonated beverages in the downstairs bar.

The property seemed clean and the room was well air-conditioned and reasonably large.

It was brilliant time in Madrid. It was tidy, everyone was very amiable and extremely helpful.

Affable and welcoming staff and the place was fairly clean. Besides, the location was great and magnificent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a huge plaza. Further, it was near shopping area as well as the center.

It was neat, and the people were very amiable and patient. This hotel was located in a central area near to shopping area. Having different soft drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.

The room was new-fashioned, beautifully decorated with dental kit included and the bathroom plus soaps, I was pleased. The staff was really friendly and welcoming - I would stay here again.

The location was particularly good - just 5 minutes' walk from a grand boulevard. And the area was fairly quiet, close to the square Puerta del Sol.

The units are reasonably large, new-fashioned with three twin beds and amazing shower plus all the necessary-water. The staff is very amiable, makes sure that the place is neat.

We enjoyed the stay, it was an amazing experience. That was absolutely great and lovely hotel set in shopping area, next to the shopping area, many food shops, attractions and more, and a restaurant close-by. Everyone we encountered was affable.

My favourite property in Madrid. Beautifully decorated room, good beds. Early check-in, late check-out. Everything perfect. Excellent setting, right by the centre of Madrid as well as all major attractions. Also, in the heart of Madrid.

Incredible location, it is close to a tube station. The rooms are impressive and neat with the bathroom, three twin beds, as for instance. The staff is reasonably good and attentive.

The property is fairly clean; beautifully maintained and well air-conditioned rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. It has marvellous location to see a vast pedestrianized public square.

The place was tidy with a lovely design and patient staff. It was an absolutely perfect and excellent location right by the center of Madrid near the square Puerta del Sol, and many food shops, attractions and more. I spent 2 nights here and appreciated that.

The location was excellent and incredible - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Had perfect twin/double room with soaps, all the necessary-water, for example.

The room was absolutely perfect and modern, included with the bathroom, amazing shower, all the necessary-water. I really enjoyed watching city from the balcony. The location was magnificent, next to stores, markets, and all major attractions, in a shopping area. A few times I ate at Rosi la Loca Taberna, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The cafe served a huge variety of meals for breakfast. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of a grand boulevard.

Amazing private bathroom. Early check-in and late check-out, affable staff. Unbeatable and best possible location for our visit to a famed street within easy walking distance of the hotel. Set minutes from a subway station in the peaceful area.

The hotel was located next to the square, the next door restaurant, and the Gran Via and Sol metro stops. Impressive deluxe room was perfect. The location was best possible, for example, a huge plaza was within easy walking distance of the property. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The soft drinks in downstairs bar were very welcome. Appreciated our EXCELLENT stay there a lot.

the staff was amazing and respectful and responsive to what we asked for. the location was magnificent, not very far from a huge plaza. distance to the airport was just 30 km.

Everything was good, I enjoyed my stay. The employees were welcoming and kind. The location was top, just a short walk away from Do Design. Moreover, it's just next door to centre, Madrid and the city center...
