A lot of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a balcony and a safe inside the room. The staff was pretty friendly and amicable.

It was fairly clean and the staff were excellent, beds were big. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, a huge plaza was at a short distance from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the shopping area adjacent to shops, nightlife, restaurants and cultural activities, tourist spots and shopping center and a taverna at the corner.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Honestly no reason to complain. Cool and fairly clean place with excellent and very attentive staff. Fabulous and good meals. Super central location, not too far from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. Based near the center of town and the very city centre, in one of the most lively neighbourhoods of Madrid.

Friendly staff, excellent location, deluxe hotel. We were moved to a deluxe single room and had an individual safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini fridge bar. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a welcome feature. There is cafe Mama Ines, set 500 feet walk away...

it was truly a nice stay. airport shuttle was offered too. madrid city center district was worth exploring. very good food for breakfast.
There was no shower.
