Recently renovated classic queen room with views of the courtyard. A huge variety of facilities like: climate control, a balcony, and a mini bar.

The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried freshly cooked dishes. Amazing location and very kind and nice staff were a definite plus.

Absolutely beautiful building and rooms with cosy decoration. Exceptionally comfortable bed, obliging and courteous personnel in this part congrats to the Manager. Location just next door to Department store, a plus-very much located in the city center and the upmarket business district.

Spacious room with a comfy mattress, beautiful views over the Castellana avenue, for example. Marvellous and amazing location, central area. Walking distance to a market and boutiques across the street.

The location was good and the private parking was onsite. The room we booked was recently refurbished and generous sized with beautiful finishes.

The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is extensive with tapas, meats plus pastries. The location is excellent and amazing, 20 km from the airport.

When I am in Madrid, I like staying here. The hotel is upscale, it has polite staff from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. The rooms are recently decorated and spacious, have reasonably spacious bathroom.

Lively and relaxing hotel with amazing breakfast. The spotless room & well equipped bathroom. Lovely view from the window to the courtyard. Great location just off the main tourist areas on foot, the Paseo de la Castellana and the restaurant for a quick cup of coffee, friendly check-in. Also, in a quiet business district neighborhood.

Marvellous location right next to Museo Lazaro Galdiano, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was delightful and excellent and included😃

This was a decent stay for business trip or a short stay. The rooms were spotless and silent, complete with a balcony, a king size bed, as example, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

Magnificent and comfortable location within walking distance of Calle Serrano-a main shopping area-and near to a Metro station, really good facilities. Tastefully decorated and well-appointed room, scrumptious breakfast.

The room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed, not to mention views over the courtyard from the window. Very central location really close to restaurants around Sol, the Intercontinental Madrid and many of the smaller boutique upstarts and the Intercontinental for 6 days over Easter, it was in a very nice area...

The location is central. The units are brand-new, decent size with comfotable beds.

The breakfast available was scrumptious and large with fruit, pastries and cheeses. Location: the hotel was next to the main tourist attractions, Calle Serrano-a main shopping area- and the old center.

By and large, it was upscale and relaxing place with VERY KIND staff from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. The location was marvellous and convenient - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a market and boutiques.

Stunning and magnificent location to the city center within 30 minutes, met the purpose.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice for walking around Museo Sorolla. The restaurant was really nice for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes.

The location was very central, adjacent to the bars and restaurants, Madrid for several years, and cab or Metro.

The setting was quite marvellous and stunning within easy reach of Museo Sorolla. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a commercial area.

La gaditana castellana is only a short distance to the hotel. Of course, we do recommend it to family. We greatly enjoyed intercontinental madrid. Fabulous base for a city break in Madrid...
