Unbeatable location with parking nearby. Based near to close to 2 metro stations, popular shopping destinations in the heart of town and the center of the shopping area. Brand-new room with a modern decor and a fairly clean bathroom.

We had twin room on the 6th floors. The breakfasts were marvelous with cheeses, hot beverages, options for vegan and all the staff was very helpful! Central location near sightseeing locations, and great shops and restaurants, it was in a fantastic area.

The breakfast had a wide array of fabulous food and drinks. This accommodation was in the very central location to all the great squares in centro Madrid.

Wonderful place, sensational breakfast, new-fashioned rooms. A minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card in the room, incredible and amazing location.

Comfortable bedroom. Lovely view of "garden view ", shower facilities, a hair dryer, and fresh towels in the bathroom. Proximity to the airport, just 25 km.

Not welcoming area.

I liked central location right by the airport and many prime Madrid sites. Plus, I could reach Naval Museum just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The room was comfortable, and we had a magnificent view of city. This ideal and absolutely fantastic hotel had a very central setting right in the centre of Madrid.

Very good building, perfect and incredible location adjacent to the Prado and Thyssen museums, center of Madrid, and public transport. Fab food in the terrace for breakfast.

The rooms were modern and soundproof in general, with 1 king bed.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location not far from local attractions and great restaurants as well as southern Spain. We had a great and sensational breakfast with pastries and meats and an omelette station included.

The location was very central, near the center of Madrid in 10 minutes walk from the main sights, other attractions and the breakfast area/restaurant. The location of the hotel was very central, near to all tourist attractions, Gran Via which is the Main Street in Madrid, and the Zara store. The staff was consistently courteous and always pleasant all the time. Neat and practical room, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The room was neat and practical, it had a lounge, a mini bar, and a separate lounge. We got a bathtub too. The location was particularly good for walking around a large urban plaza.

Overall it was a GREAT stay with customer service. The place was well priced. The location was marvellous, for example, an urban park was at a walking distance from the hotel. Had welcome drinks in the roof top bar in the evening.

everything was perfect, nothing too much trouble, i totally recommend it. the hotel's location was incredible for what i needed. besides, the area was pretty nice, next to plaza del carmen. they gave me tidy and soundproof room with window to nowhere. the staff was accommodating and amicable, offered incredible services.

Loved the location on the Gran Via. And it was also short walk to Madrid from a long haul trip, and the center. We were given a twin room with views of gran via upon arrival.

Ideal base for a 2-night stay. Moreover, we parked nearby. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot...

We enjoyed staff and location. Retiro park was easily accessible, set only 1 mile away.
