It was a very nice stay during our visit.

The services are very good, including a lovely pool. It's tastefully decorated with brilliant bathrooms. The staff are delightfully helpful and top-class. The hotel boasts central location easy to get to from the metro.

It was a super and brilliant location for us, near to the metro, and 2 metro stations and a bus stop. The bedroom was spotless and stylish.

Delightful food, very good service and panoramic view of sunsets. Really nice bed in the standard room, plus a coffeemaker, a mini bar, and a safe. Magnificent location in a very nice area close to government offices. Again, not far from an innovative gallery.

Had a very very good stay for holidays. The staff was genuinely helpful, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Btw, problem was solved upon request too. The location was absolutely perfect, the breakfast was satisfactory. There was a really nice restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.

The bedroom was good-sized and brand-new. The breakfast was very good, they serve amazing food. The location was unbeatable there, near the citycenter. The staff members were all professional and very efficient.

Particularly nice breakfast to start the day with juices, meats and cheeses. Marvellous location, elegant environment. A great and quiet hotel, my first choice in Madrid.

Greatly enjoyed my pleasant stay for two nights. The hotel's location was good and perfect, really close to the major areas and bars concerning food. Had the double room which was nicely decorated with a patio.

My double room was fashionable with a coffeemaker, a writing desk, and an iron. The location was great and brilliant, near an underground station.

It had particularly good location near to the centre of the shopping area, where there is a plenty of restaurants, shops, public transport links and stops for the hop-on hop-of touristic buses, central Madrid has to offer and the main shopping areas and Royal Palace and much more. Also, Buckingham Palace was 4 km away.

Overall a really good stay for two nights. Spotlessly clean venue and very efficient employees. Satisfactory breakfast with meats and juices, worth to decide on it. Perfect incredible location, so near to everything. Plus, walking distance to Merchant Square.

Nice breakfasts with hot options and the omelettes, the facilities were modern.

Had standard king room with a patio available and wake-up service was available in it.

The hotel's location is exceptionally nice, just off shopping area, shops and cafes, and bars, restaurants, shops and theatres.

The units are panoramic, a nice size. It has excellent and perfect location to see a huge plaza.

The staff were very efficient and a very very good breakfast was provided. It was brand-new, neat and on higher floors. It was based in recently renovated building in an unbeatable location, close to bus stops.

We had the standard queen room provided with three windows as well as an amazingly comfortable bed.

The location is very central. It's in a neat building in the nice enough area. The breakfast is incredibly nice with plenty of dishes.

I have stayed in standard king room with internet access, good airconditioning and excellent bathrooms for 1 night.

The location was unbeatable, next to Madrid as well as the centre of Madrid and easily accessible. The pool was lovely and I had cool drinks in the sky bar.

Well, it was a real good stay for two nights. It had central location close to Plaza de Callao. Moreover, the area was very nice! Poolside bar was comfortable.

The view from my double room was panoramic. Shower facilities, a hairdryer and dressing gowns were very handy...

The location was peaceful and handy, you can visit Golden by walking. I got a neat and exceptional room with private bathroom.

Appreciated the standard king room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. A hair dryer, a rainfall shower and dressing gowns were a plus. The location was best possible, relatively close to a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace. Spent here 3 sunny days and will be back.

I appreciated the room and its comfortable decor. The bed was extremely comfy with hypoallergenic pillows.
