It had nice location near to so concenvenient for touring Madrid, the restaurant, and nice stores and restaurants. We had queen room with a balcony.

Magnificent and amazing location within easy walking distance of a cibeles palace. Newly remodelled room with a nice decor and a clean bathroom. The beds very clean.

The room we had included a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Very central location was a plus.

Clean hotel, greatly enjoyed to be next to salamanca and the shopping district as well as the centre of luxury goods/shopping district thanks to marvellous location. The room was tidy and absolutely fantastic with a balcony and with smoke detectors for safety measures. A safe, a mini-bar, and central heating were much appreciated.

Great and sensational breakfast for the value was available. The room was very well decorated and well-organised with view to serrano, had a good night's sleep.

The venue is clean, with perfect location very close to nice shops around as well as metro station really close. The breakfast is great and excellent with lots of dishes. Every staff member is attentive and strives to meet your needs.

I spent a fabulous time here, can't recommend highly enough to anyone. Feeling that I greatly enjoyed this absolutely brilliant and pretty hotel after staying for 2 nights. Its location was marvellous and awesome close to subway. The staff were kind, overall. The breakfast was great and included.

The location was perfect - adjacent to nice shops, great restaurants and the centre of luxury goods / shopping district. It also was in the restaurant that served me breakfast everyday.

The staff provided great service and helped with directions. The room was tidy and recently refurbished with a balcony, comfortable beds plus ample space. Everything was impressive as expected, though the bathroom was too small. The restaurant was pleasant here, I had warm dishes.

Very well decorated and well-organised unit with a balcony. Unbeatable exceptionally nice location, very near to most attractions. Very close to the departament story El Corte Ingles the both : male, stores, transportation and great restaurants and the best shopping.

stayed for 2 nights in this pretty place, thoroughly enjoyed that. we booked tidy and absolutely fantastic guest room with a balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it. the staff was dynamic and sympathetic all the time.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered single room with view to serrano. The location was excellent, for example, an urban park was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The experience was really nice and I will come back.

The units are fashionable, new-fashioned with a balcony, view to Serrano, as example. Plus, the location is magnificent and perfect, minutes from Plaza de Colon. All the staff members are attentive and top-class.

The location was best possible, relatively close to Do Design. The staff were top-class and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Location: the hotel was near to all the main attractions, good restaurant/coffee shops and the center. Salamanca district was definitely worth visiting...

The people, workers were friendly. I recommend you to eat at Le Pain Quotidien, that is set 800 feet away. Gran via is easily reachable, situated just 1 mile away: )
