The place is ideal and fairly clean, it offers ideal breakfast and marvellous location to the the airport by taxi. All the staff is excellent and is engaged to make your stay fairly nice. The double room is luxury and has air conditioner, a TV, and a radio. Private bathroom is reasonably large. Would come there again, greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Everything was excellent during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its magnificent and perfect location next to the city centre by public transport, and the important touristic attractions. The bar was nice.

The venue is simple and ideal, its location is perfect, near the metro station, the center by passing 9 metro stations, and the Gran Via in about 20 minutes. The staff are pleasant, they keep the place fairly clean. Make sure you stay in the family room with a good shower, a good buffett breakfast, for example. The restaurant serves hot local food.

The atmosphere of the hotel is FAMILY. Glad I took family queen room, it was functional and tidy.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The venue was set in the very central position not far from the city centre by public transport or taxi, the Gran Via in about 20 minutes, and the Bar / Restaurant downstairs. I tried some drinks at beer restaurant Sanpas, located 5 minutes walk away.

Exceptional service, even though a few employees were a little rude. The breakfasts were sensational with international cuisine and fresh home made orange juice👌
