The location was very central, amazing close to different metro stations. The breakfast with churros and ham, for instance was lovely, and the majority of the staff were incredibly nice. The service was excellent, including an early check-in.

Amazing pool, parking on-site. The individual feel of the hotel. Marvellous awesome location, to other nearby metro stops.

The units are brand-new, great-sized with a view onto the gran via.

Had an excellent stay during holidays. The property's location was marvellous, easy to get to-and-from the airport using the aipprt express coach. National Football Museum was also relatively close to the hotel. My queen room with a view onto the Gran Via and soundproofing plus private jacuzzi in balcony was silent. The breakfast was incredible and pastries and cereal were excellent.

The breakfast had a wide range of options, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereal. Inner courtyard view was nice and the location was excellent and absolutely incredible, not far from many attractions, great restaurants such as Oven and La Barraca, and the airport. Moreover, it was 5 km from Harmondsworth Moor.

Overall it was well-appointed, with a private bathroom. The hotel's location was excellent to the Gran Via metro station which has access to two of the metro lines. Bar Hard Rock Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

Continental breakfast had a huge variety of options, like pastries and cereal.

The venue's position was very central. After long day I visited Mercado de la Reina for a couple of drinks.

Fairly clean place with inner courtyard views and perfect stuff. Tidy room and the best bathroom. Top-notch service at all times. Amazing pool area too. Unbeatable location on the Grand Via, easy to get anywhere. Attached restaurant with excellant cuisine.

We had a separate bedroom. The location to everything we wanted to see in centre of Madrid was incredible for us. Luckily it was close to Java Bar Espresso, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

The location was bustling, it's a pitty.

Marvellous location short walk to other public transport stops, restaurants, shops, attractions and Gran Via, in the heart of Madrid with very easy access to public transport in a good area.

What a superfriendly staff! Very comfy beds in our deluxe queen room. Individual atmosphere all around, marvellous and incredible location just next door to Gran Via and Sol metro, the old Madrid and Puerta del Sol.

I was offered a gorgeous breakfast with so many alternatives. The location was marvellous and stunning for traveling around Madrid, really close to the local attractions, and airport by Metro. I usually went to Anauco to grab a bite.

The staff from start to finish were attentive and helpful. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was individual overall.

The hotel's location was incredible, just next door to the Capital's 2 major landmarks the Royal Palace and the Prado and excellent restaurants. The staff was lively and sincere all the time.

Well, it was a superb stay during holidays. The guest room was magnificent with sufficient cupboard space as well as a very nice bathroom.

The location was unbeatable and incredible, to the airport in a taxi at a charge of 30 euros, and my bed was comfortable. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mercado de la Reina.

Had a perfect stay during holidays, glad I've chosen it. The employees at the hotel were helpful. The pool area was nice and the location was perfect and incredible, close enough to restaurants, shops, attractions and all that Madrid offers as well as centre. Had brunch in the Picalagartos Sky Bar, located nearby.

The deluxe queen room was large and silent with bedrooms, a queen size bed and balcony. The location was great, and we could reach a large urban plaza by walking. The area was nice adjacent to two short Olympic bars, museums, bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other public transport. Tbh, had a such wonderful stay during holidays.

It has magnificent, incredible setting, so close to most tourist attractions, Madrid and the Gran Via. Also, a huge plaza is only 1 km from here.

The location was unbeatable, for example, Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza was not too far from the hotel. And it was also very close to Gran Via as well as supermarkets.
