It was fairly clean with friendly attentive and knowledgeable staff at the reception desk.

Thanks everyone for a very nice stay on our next Madrid visit. Really enjoyed how the double room was arranged when we arrived. The bed was great and the food was delightful. The staff was very attentive the entire time.

The location is central. The room is huge and new-fashioned, comes with an extra bed, a stunning bar, wardrobe space. Came here for a trip and I will be returning here soon.

The property is well-appointed and first-rate and the staff is very helpful! The room is good-sized and brand-new, it comes with great toiletries, tea and a rain shower.

The accommodation was newly renovated with competent and responsive staff. The room was well furnished and air-conditioned, had essentials, like a shower and two sinks. Had central location very close to metro station. Ate at the lobby restaurant from 9th floor.

The staff was responsive, and the service was exceptional.

The venue is clean and spacious, views are exceptionally good, the location is great and stunning so close to the main tourist sites, both restaurants, and the city centre.

Air conditioned, reasonably large room complete with wardrobe space and balcony.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The weather was lovely, had very pleasant stay for business trip. All of the staff were competent, responsive.

Good sized rooms with nice beds, an electric kettle, air conditioner and a personal safe. Plenty of GREAT food. Location close to subway system and bus system, the central Madrid and Retiro park. Besides, easy access to Hand. Very nice overall experience.

Really nice stay, as always. Fairly clean first-rate accommodation with excellent location very close to the metro station and thoughtful staff. Breakfast with tasty homemade cakes and juices, as example. Early check in and late check out.

The breakfast is wonderful and outstanding, with juices and freshly prepared cooked ingredients, for example. Very courteous and pleasant people are working there.

The room was bright and brand-new had all we needed, it was complete with balcony as well as great toiletries.

The whole experience was really nice, no complaints, would be happy to recommend. The location was good and decent - just 5 minutes' walk from a Spanish national museum. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

The location was magnificent, at a short distance from El Corte Ingles Goya. The room was large, air conditioned with balcony.

Well-appointed and first-rate place, it has helpful staff at the reception desk. The location is particularly good and they have parking on-site. Thanks very much, we will come back, enjoyed this hotel.

The room in general was well furnished. Location: the hotel was so close to lots of other places, the train station and airport, and the center of Madrid.

The service cannot be beaten, it's exceptional with shuttle from the airport and good Wi-Fi. The double room overlooks inner courtyard and includes coffee & tea making machines and fridges;))

Location: the hotel was right by the tubes and the city centre.

The breakfast was wonderful, the check in was easy.

I had a good stay in a long time. The breakfast with cooked ingredients, pastries plus hams was excellent.

The hotel staff was moody.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was peaceful right by the art museums and the restaurant. The room was very large, great bed. The lobby restaurant onsite had excellent dishes.

the room is luxurious, with very comfy bed and great view. there are lots of supplies like: a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen tv with cable channels. the location is decent, 15 minutes' walk to gin club.

It met the purpose, I definitely want to stay in that area again. The venue is first-rate, food is delightful, magnificent location in the center. They provide many type of service - lovely bar, free wi-fi, shuttle from the airport.

Spectacular and fairly clean place with efficient staff at the reception desk. The particularly nice view to courtyard from its windows. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Will definitely go back there again, the hotel suited our needs. They serve breakfast for eur 33 per person per day:)))

We loved the perfect location and the staff was helpful. We could have lunch in green tea zurbano set within 400 feet.
