Really enjoyed having central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk in the incredibly comfortable room. Need to add that city view was a good bonus...

The location was perfect in the centre of Madrid and the staff here was kind. The atmosphere created was family. I got family room for 3 nights, appreciated it.

Booked quadruple room, that included a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a seating area. The location was perfect, within walking distance of an iconic street. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

very comfortable stay, as always. family-friendly hotel with city views and very friendly staff. location near the centre of madrid and the center. also, very close to subway station.

There were central heating, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities in my twin room. Really enjoyed a bath in my private bathroom. The location was marvellous, within a close distance from an iconic street. Affable and nice staff that liked their guests.
