It was clean with welcoming staff. The location was fab in the center of everything. We didn't want to say goodbye, would be happy to recommend.

I had great days staying at this small hotel. It had very central location close to Fnac. It was located in a very lively area really close to all the tourist attraction, Callao square, and metro link close to shopping, a convenient base for me.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

Got neat and practical triple room with view to gran via when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. The room had central heating, an electronic key card and a coffee/tea maker plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Decent stay, as always. Fairly clean hotel, bright rooms, marvellous and fab location in a safe area. Location next to metro link, the centre of Madrid city and the square. A good choice of food options at a walking distance from the venue. Quiet atmosphere within the property, welcoming staff...

Superb base for 4 nights. Compact, modern unit with view to Gran Via. All in all marvellous and fantastic location, not far from the main shopping districts, Plaza Mayor and restaurants and sightseeing. Also, in the centre of Madrid. Roof top bar in the hotel. Decent overall experience: D
