The location was wonderful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a huge plaza. Our triple room was fashionable, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were hospitable and amicable.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - at a moderate distance from a vast pedestrianized public square. Really kind and nice staff suggested restaurants. The unit we got was tidy and quiet with good AC, a great view plus a fridge.

TBH, the room was somewhat small, we expected better.

It was new-fashioned, beautifully designed and with good ac. Location: the hotel was very close to attractions and shopping, Callao plaza and metro station on Gran Via and Gran Via 44. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby:)))
