loved the way our standard double room with air conditioning was. the location of the property was exceptionally nice and ideal, to walk right to the center.

Everything was fine, enjoyed our good stay. We booked single room that was complete with air conditioning, a double bed, as example as advertised. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from a huge plaza.

Location: the hotel was so close to the Barrio de las Letras, and all the main attractions in central Madrid. It also was in the center of Madrid.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is very kind and polite. Plus, the location is great, minutes from a vast pedestrianized public square. And the area is central right by the subway station. They have a wide range of meals to choose from, the food is fabulous.

There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was good. All the facilities were good. Location: the hotel was close to the subway, restaurants and shops as well as the Barrio de las Letras.

Good bed, everywhere was very clean, staff were great! The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk.
