Big beds in our double room. Nice, courteous staff with smiling face. Great and good location right next to Calleo metro station on the lovely Gran Via and crowded area.

I didn't feel like leaving and would return anytime. It was comfy, bright and on their hand written book. The staff were accommodating. The hotel was in an amazing and fantastic location not far from Metro station and buses, the Plaza Santa Ana and the plaza mayor. Centro district was worth exploring.

The staff was very bad.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had very helpful and fairly friendly staff. It was bright, spacious and with a balcony.

The location was unbeatable for walking around a grand boulevard. Moreover, it's close to town centre, shopping area, and attractions and activities.

The staff was accommodating, the room was spotless and fairly quiet with most beds, everything was great. The cost was £ 33.

Everything is reasonably clean and nice. Spotlessly clean units with slippers, shower, for instance, and very helpful staff. Location - unbeatable, just next door to the Metro station. Decent place for exploring Madrid.

the property was overall clean and staff was amicable. the rooms were tidy here with a balcony and shower. location: the hotel was close to the metro station. it also was close to everything.

Had twin room with most beds and a balcony plus slippers. Unbeatable location, within easy walking distance of a famed street. Loved very vibrant area.

The hotel was in a very central location in a central area.

I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are kind. It is set in the heart of the city.

Overall clean hotel with amiable staff and a great value. Spacious room and bright with the view. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Absolutely perfect and wonderful location, minutes from Plaza de Callao. Based close enough to the main shopping streets of Madrid as well as Gran Via which is a perfect location for all the main attractions in Madrid.

My room was comfy & well-equipped with a balcony and most beds. The location was perfect - ease of access to Fnac...

if you want to eat nearby, try five guys, which is situated 800 ft away. useful base for a trip in madrid.

We appreciated the staff and location and relatively low prices. You'll need about 10 minutes to reach gran via on foot
