The hotel's location was particularly good and stunning, close enough to the Metro that we were able to use public transportation from the train station with a shopping area and small markets within walking distance.

Amiable, amicable staff towards all guests.

Delightful, functional units provided with beds made etc, a bathroom, bath/shower.

Beds were a bit hard.

The place was clean, I booked the guest room with inner courtyard views, everything was very easy. I was pleased with GOOD service.

The hotel was little, we recommend it to everyone. All of the staff were courteous, exceptionally nice.

The location was great and stunning because it was really close to main attractions, Close to metro and the Puerta del Sol.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were good, location was stunning conveniently close to the metro. The room was tasteful & absolutely perfect with balcony as well as a bathroom. The food was reasonably priced. Location: the property was so close to public transport, bars, restaurants, shops, Puerto del Sol, the heart of Madrid and Madrid in March.

The unit we got was good value for money with private bath, large bed plus a balcony. The service was excellent, nothing to complain about. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Gran Via tube station.

To be honest I loved how highly courteous the staff is, would book here again Exceptionally clean hotel, services were exceptional and location was perfect and convenient in the center of Madrid. The setting was marvellous, adjacent to the metro stop and everything: entertainment, shops, restaurants, tourist attractions. Ate at Rosi la Loca Taberna, it's relatively near the venue.

Overall it was a very very good stay for a single night at the end of my trip. I was surprised with the twin room. The bed was good, a bathtub worked well. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from a huge plaza.

i was offered a room with charming views of city. i greatly enjoyed the view over street from my balcony.

The units are modern, bright with a view to Plaza the Carmen, a balcony, twin beds. The price is just right - £ 32.

Its a 15-minute walk from Gran Via tube station. The stuff is courteous, incredibly nice...

We were close to such places as retiro park. Our stay was GOOD as usual.
