It was fairly clean with very pleasant and accommodating staff. The location was excellent, close enough to the Police Station where a wonderful English translator was very helpful, Metro and airport, and the nightlife.

That was beautifully kept and absolutely great hotel set in pedestrian area, right by shops and Tapas bars-filled with locals. We stayed in guest room with bed and bathroom. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Throughout the day staff were efficient and affable.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

I truly enjoyed great restaurant. The rooms were incredible and neat, had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The location was magnificent, minutes from Gran Via Street. I stayed here for 3 days and will definitely go again next time.

The staff were pleasant lot of the time. Actually, the room was spotless with bed and bathroom, it also had wake-up service. The cost was £ 60.

The venue is clean, with marvellous and incredible location just off the Gourmet Experience and cafes, bars and shops. The hotel staff is welcoming and extremely polite. All in all they offer welcoming service.
