Lovely old and great hotel with accommodating staff. Nice selection of restaurants and bars.

Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay for appropriate value. The rooms are nice modern with tea making facilities, so that guests have essentials. There is an electric kettle and refrigerators.

Had a such great stay during Catholic Easter holidays in our huge room with a king size bed.

The location was very central and walk from a gallery and a Royal palace. I had the double room which was big size and airy with balcony and view.

Facilities were quite comfortable, nonetheless Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The twin room with colourful decor, facilities worked for us. Lovely building, excellent and perfect location so close to all museums, shops and nightlife. Extremely helpful staff of the hotel.

Possibly the best and such great stay for appropriate value. Stunning and exceptional location in a downtown area walking distance to a gallery and a Royal palace. Located walking distance to eateries and pubs. A lovely restaurant in the hotel.

Appreciated my great stay for appropriate value. The room was huge with good lighting and the staff nice. It was in a great and brilliant location close to restaurants.

The hotel is good old and in a stunning location close to the metro. Recently refurbished and new-fashioned unit with good lighting, supper friendly staff. Location really close to the center of party life, all the key attractions and many restaurants, clubs and bars. Easy walk to Radio.

Its location is great and stunning, close to a large urban plaza.

The room was lovely modern with very clean bed. It was nice to have a balcony, a safe box, and blinds.

The location was marvellous and brilliant and we were walk from pubs and bars.

Everything was great during 2 days, truly enjoyed its marvellous location really close to the Royal Palace and the El Prado museum as well as del Sol metro station. The food was incredible - plenty of options. We got big twin room with colourful decor as an upgrade, nice gesture.

I enjoyed staying in this ideal place. My room was perfectly clean and huge with a fridge, good value for money, for instance, and the check-out was late. Interior was comfortable. The staff were pleasant, they made me feel welcome. The great location was next door to Radio. Walking distance to a gallery and a Royal palace, it was a bonus.

the room was tidy and light with good bathroom, the bed was comfy. an electric kettle and a fridge were a big plus. the location was unbeatable and brilliant, for example, a spanish restaurant was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The property was in the middle of the city. The airport was 25 km away.

Worth its 2 stars. Overall, its characterful base for exploring Madrid attractions. The standard queen suite had a large bed.
