We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the place met required needs. The staff were all very nice, and the room was quiet for great value. It was in an excellent and perfect location with a vast pedestrianized public square nearby...

We were moved to a triple room and had a safe, central heating and a work desk. The setting was quite magnificent and absolutely perfect within easy reach of a huge plaza.

we asked for a big room with private bath, 24 hour hot water and shower and got one. the fact that gran via tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.
