The venue was set in the central position just next door to metro station and Puerto del Sol square, Plaza Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor, and the airport and attractions. Overall the service was very good.

Comfortable base for travelling to Madrid and exploring local places. Comfortable and peaceful location - near to metro station and Puerto del Sol square, a coffee shop, and carrefour market. Also, in the centre.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel itself was clean and IDEAL. The room was compact and beautiful with private bathroom and gorgeous views. The bed was soft, after a long drive. The staff was good all day long. The location of the venue was brilliant - at a walking distance from a grand boulevard. The services were good. Besides, we parked the car nearby.
