The location was central, absolutely perfect near to subway. Very amiable staff, provided information if needed.

The hotel of choice in Madrid. Nice comfy base for 4 nights. Good sized units with AC, Aircon, a private bathroom, exceptionally nice employees. Variety of nice food at breakfast time. Particularly good and unbeatable setting, very close to cool restaurants and bars, and subway.

Beds were quite small.

Appreciated the place, had a good stay on a business trip. The location in a secure area was magnificent and there were a market and shops nearby.

Well, no receptionist.

The setting was great and unbeatable, really close to the train station, burger house, cafe shop and waffles, street, park, pub, better hotels and hostels and main road, a metro stop and nice restaurants on the square. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Restaurante Gigi, ate there once or twice.

Definitely, there was reception missing.

Unbeatable and incredibly comfortable location, at a medium distance from a grand boulevard. Very amiable staff, speedy check in.

The guest room is a decent size with a private bathroom, Aircon, as example. The rate is £ 32, satisfied. It has excellent location 25 km away from the airport.

The property has a marvellous and unbeatable location, it's in front of a subway station.

This hotel is a perfect place for a business trip in Madrid. It has helpful, pleasant staff. When we visit Madrid, like staying here.

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun.

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from a famed street.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location exactly where we wanted to be very close to a tube station. In the evening we visited Oven Mozzarella Bar it was nearby.

The breakfast had a good choice of fab food and drinks. All of the staff were very helpful, pleasant. The location was comfortable, within walking distance of an iconic street. The hotel was in a safe area, not far from walk to center of Madrid as well as all main touristic places.

All in all, it was interesting place for travelling to Madrid. Alonso Martinez tube station was 10 min away. All of the staff members were unobtrusive and welcoming.

Good-sized triple room with AC and Aircon plus a private bathroom. Marvellous and decent location on the square in a pretty nice area. Situated only 1 km from a grand boulevard.

We think it's a fine base for staying in Madrid. Affable people are working there. The location is excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a famed street. They serve great food, have a good choice of options to choose from.

Everyone we met from the staff was friendly and amazingly nice. This hotel had a central position next to Cafeteria.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the city center as well as local cafes. The staff were amiable and amazing friendly, had a good stay for one night to get to the airport in the morning...

Their staff were not very friendly.
