The location was excellent, not too far away from a huge plaza. What's more, it was near to all the main attractions, Sol station and Metro, Retiro Park and Prado.

The location of the hotel was peaceful, interested in night life. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bresca. Large and compact units with comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff were caring!

The bed was small.

The staff was really helpful and attentive. They helped us with luggage, it was nice.

Stayed in unique small double room with private bathroom. The amenities included a safe, central heating, and a TV set.

It's comfortable base for visiting some must see attractions in Madrid. The employees are all accommodating. The location is very central, near to museums, Atocha train station, shops and restaurants and the market. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 20 minutes.

As we remember, there was no signal.

There were good beds and a safe box, central heating, and a multi-channel television inside the room. Pleased it had a bathtub. The staff were excellent and caring, nothing too much trouble...

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun. The rooms were budget with balcony, the staff were really helpful and caring. Stayed here for 2 nights and did not want to leave there.

We had a such great 1 night stay. The staff were all nice, and the room was spotless with view.

Well, internet connection was terrible.

Satisfactory breakfast and a great selection of GOODies. A large room provided with comfortable beds and pillows and private bathroom plus the clubs music. Unbeatable and quiet location extremely close to Main Square.

There was no lift.

Our double room was equipped with private bathroom, comfortable beds, for example. A shower and bath sheets were very handy. The hotel had a central location and it was a few steps away from Main Square.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Atocha train station, restaurants and mid center and all the main attractions. It was good to be 1 km away from Museo del Jamon, serving short-orders.

The units are a nice size with private bathroom. Thanks a lot, so I would stay here again.
