Everything was perfect, gentle staff, magnificent location so close to the main shopping street, and the city's main sites of interest on foot.

The double room was absolutely fantastic with a private safe, central heating, and a work desk. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, at a medium distance from Museum of Liverpool. The staff were wonderful, with extra attention to the details.

The hotel was great with great and fantastic location so close to and from metro. Incredibly nice staff, quick check in. A nice bar on site.

Had the single room which was relaxing with private bathroom. Central heating and a work desk where great.

Make sure you stay in the king room for a single bedroom. It includes a storage and a writing desk.

The hotel had relaxing and exceptionally comfortable rooms and extremely comfy beds. Unbeatable and brilliant location, it was not far from Madrid city center, and shopping district. All of the staff were wonderful.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was absolutely great and simple, it had particularly good location very close to the cathedral, Gran Via and the Callao metro station, and shops and the metro station. All the employees were nice and understanding. The Irish bar was a plus.

We stayed in the king room with tv and greatly enjoyed it. Good location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.
