The staff were very helpful and absolutely friendly, with extra attention to the details. The location was magnificent and perfect - near to two metro stations Callao, a quiet old palace in the heart of Madrid and Plaza del Sol and Gran.

Really great stay, as always. Fine food in the restaurant for breakfast. The super-friendly and nice staff all round. The location incredible and good close to the Metro. Situated only 1 km from a huge plaza.

Overall it was well decorated and nice styled with balcony. The location was amazing and fantastic, close to Madrid for the weekend, Puerta del Sol, and the museums and galleries, truly enjoyed this place.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a shopping area, short walk to the palace, the centre, and the main attractions. The rooms were spotless and fashionable, for cosmetics. A safe, central heating and a work desk were much appreciated. The location was unbeatable for walking around a huge plaza.

all in all, it was great place for traveling to madrid. room was good value for price. the airport is 16 miles away.

We had the twin room and it was air-conditioned. The staff everywhere were helpful! Again, the location was at walking distance from a grand boulevard.
