The staff were gentle, the room was a nice size and brand-new with a full kitchen, looking down a ventilation shaft, as for instance. The location of the hotel was incredibly comfortable - not too far from a huge plaza.

We were offered double room complete with hot drinking water and the bedroom. Its location very close to a shopping area and a market was good.

Absolutely great place with excellent Wi-Fi and outdoor restaurant. In the centre of Madrid and walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Location: the hotel was just next door to most attractions and Plaza Santa Ana.

Central location, at a medium distance from Prado National Museum. So close to the centre of Madrid, close to beautiful Plaza de Santa Ana square as well as major sites, metro, and taxis.

Well, it was a perfectly pleasant stay with good service and a great location. The view from double room was beautiful.

Marvellous location relatively near a vast pedestrianized public square. Also - very close to main attractions and Madrid centre. Lots of food in the hotel, outdoor restaurant.

It had very central location close to a scenic plaza. You could walk to a market and shops.

It is absolutely great venue in a stunning location near to Sol station n Plaza Mayor, the services it offers are very good. Living in the centre of the town gives a special feeling. There's Museo del Jamon offering takeout a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location was best possible, at a walking distance from a huge plaza. All the employees were responsive and accommodating.

Hopefully the room was tidy and light with bathrooms as well as looking down a ventilation shaft. The hotel was located in the centre of Madrid. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

Their staff were not very friendly.
