Overall had good stay partly on a business trip. The check in was efficient, the staff was extremely friendly and excellent! The food was excellent, with a lot of options. The location offered was excellent not far from public areas as well as Plaza Mayor and Purta del Sol from there. Moreover, it was 4 km from Staines Moor Country Park.

The location was best possible and top - just off good, reasonable restaurants, museums, churches and palaces, and the royal palace, gran via and puerta del sol.

Best possible location close to Opera Metro underground transport, easy to get around.

The bedroom was brand-new and well-kept. The hotel was in a central location in the pedestrian area.

Brand-new unit with lovely views. Fabulous and excellent meals. Quiet location in the center of downtown Square.

Well, it was a VERY NICE stay during our visit. Had very central location on the pedestrian zone.

The bedroom was contemporary and modern. The bathroom was modern with a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Its location was great perfect-right on the metro.

All in all - had a pleasant 4 night stay. Magnificent location just next door to the bus terminus, plaza mayor, the Real Madrid palacio, San Gines-the best Churros con Chocolate in MADRID, Puerto del SOL, and the downtown, I felt safe. Found time to see a large urban plaza, that's not too far away from the property. No complaints whatsoever, greatly enjoyed this place and strongly recommend.

I can just recommend this hotel, enjoyed its location. The venue has excellent and fantastic setting in Centro district really close to the Palacio Real, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor & The Gran Via, a truly ideal location and one of the cheapest in the area as well, the Hostal Oriente for a three night city break and bars, shops and restaurants. Excellent people are working there.

The setting was stunning, just next door to Royal Palace and all other attractions, metro, suburban train, buses and the vibrant center of Spain, Puerto del Sol.

Perfect breakfast with a fab food is available.

All in all, it was useful base for travelling to Madrid. It was in the central location near to good restaurants. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable in this place.

The staff were amazingly nice and supper friendly, gave us great tips. The hotel had a very central position next to bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs, plaza mayor, restuarants, national palace, shopping area and public transport. Also, a huge plaza was at a short distance.

The guest room was quiet with extremely comfy beds. The hotel was in a marvellous and incredible location next to all the tourist sights and plenty of places to eat out or buy breakfast, sandwiches as well as the vibrant center of Spain.

It was exceptionally clean with very professional and responsive staff who assisted me at check-out.

Overall it was comfortable quiet with lovely views. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was fab. Everyone was exceptionally nice and consistently courteous. The location was good and absolutely incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from a vast pedestrianized public square.

The twin/double room was well maintained and modern. The location was stunning and incredible, not far from the royal palace and the opera house, and the subwaystation `` Opera ''. It also was in a good area of Madrid.

Lots of excellent food. Beautifully maintained, nicely refurbished units provided with above all very friendly receptionists, king size bed in iy, for example. Amazing very central location, close enough to surrounded by eateries, the popular areas, and very good shops and restaurants. Again, walking distance to a prominent opera house.

I had a twin/double room and it was well-appointed with a nice view of plaza. The location of the hotel was very central, next to Plaza Mayor and Purta del Sol from there, cathedral and the airport via the Metro. Also, Paseo del Prado was 2 km away.

The double room we stayed in were nicely decorated. The setting was quite best possible and top within easy reach of a prominent opera house.

This place is well-maintained for shopping, would recommend. Plus, the location is convenient and ideal, minutes from a huge plaza. The area is very nice so close to a square with lots of bars, an excellent cafe for breakfast and the Royal Theatre. As for me the food is fabulous, and they have a lot of meals.

It was lovely place for travelling to Madrid, I was glad to stay there. I enjoyed the breakfast with a great selection of excellent food. Overall the service was welcoming. The hotel has marvellous location just next door to an excellent cafe as well as plaza Mayor and other major attractions.

It has perfect location to see a grand boulevard. And its nestled in a very very good building really close to the airport via metro, the centre and Palace.

A nice size unit with a balcony, all the regular comforts, as for instance.

Friendly staff, perfect location and air-conditioned rooms. Opera subway station was not too far away from the hotel.

All in all, value for price. The hotel is located in an historic building, good sized rooms. Restaurante Botin, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the venue.
