The units are new-fashioned, absolutely fantastic with a shared washroom. The hotel staff is kind and very very nice...

the location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from malasana. the local staff were pleasant. it was warm, fantastic and with a shared washroom.

Lovely overall experience. Brilliant and fairly clean good budget hotel. A good choice of fab food. Nicely decorated and modern unit with a washroom. Really friendly staff always on hand.

Great overall experience. Clean hotel, new-fashioned rooms, marvellous and good location in Madrid city center. Fabulous variety at breakfast.

Clean place, staff was pleasant and polite. Appreciated how the reasonably spacious and fairly quiet guest room with a washroom was arranged when we arrived. We had a such great experience.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Spain at the end of the day, the city center of Madrid and major sites such as Plaza Mayor.

The hotel's staff is pretty friendly. A double room with bathroom has basic facilities you need.

Big and fairly quiet units with a shared washroom and a private bathroom plus a balcony, and the staff were very, very nice😃❤

Every time we stay in Madrid, like to stay here. Overall, it's great place for exploring Madrid attractions. The staff is incredibly nice, polite.
