The staff were incredibly nice day and night. It was in a marvellous and stunning location with a vast pedestrianized public square nearby.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a safe area, really close to the city centre, SOL metro station and beautiful Madrid. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and nice. Besides, it was at a moderate distance from a huge plaza.
The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

The hotel staff was affable and amicable. Its location was marvellous and magnificent, just 5 minutes walk from a huge plaza. The area was safe very close to the city centre of Madrid as well as the metro and other transportation arrangements
Well, there was no elevator.

I spent our time here lovely. The stuff and people generally where amicable and helpful. The location was stunning and brilliant, just next door to the centre of the city, and the Plaza Mayor. Plus, I was relatively near a vast pedestrianized public square.
That lift was missing.

A marvellous and good location, I would stay there again. Everything is perfect, liked my time here. The units are nice looking and well-equipped with shared bathroom. Every staff member is really friendly and strives to meet your needs.

The staff was amiable and hard-working which made me feel welcome. The hotel was set in a central area really close to easy to find and center of Madrid. Centro district was worth staying in.

The units were lovely looking and clean with free wifi. Marvellous location near everything, you can walk everywhere. Distance to a restaurant takes 500 metres.
