the location was great and fantastic, at a walking distance from a large urban plaza. they gave me double room with hair dryers, private bathroom, as for instance. the personnel were affable and polite.

It had very central location close to a huge plaza. Every staff member was friendly and gentle.
Tbh internet was terrible, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Our stay here was perfectly pleasant, incredible base for exploring Madrid. Staff were attentive, room was cheap and spotless with shower. The hotel was in a very central location near the subway station. There was Gourmet Experience Gran Via nearby to grab something to eat.

Location: the hotel was very close to the centre of town close to restaurants and metro station, the shopping center and the metro and Plaza de Espana on the one hand. It also was near the subway station. We had a twin room with a panoramic view.

The units are spotless, cheap with private bathroom, hair dryers and a fantastic view. The hotel's location is particularly good and excellent, next to the metro from the airport, Madrid and other attractions. The employees are amicable and attentive.
