The staff was very pleasant and exceptionally kind, they showed us what great service is supposed to be like. The hotel had an excellent location not too far from The Grave of a Nazi Dog. Moreover, it was 5 minutes on foot from the downtown.

We stayed in a king room with bathroom. It was beautifully designed, and employees were really kind and understanding.

Exceptionally kind people working here, modern and perfect place. Recently refurbished unit with an excellent shower. Wonderful and excellent location, close to everything by walk. Also - just off central Madrid, all the important areas, museums, churches, squares, and Gran Via.

Make sure you stay in the queen room with a quite big bed, double-glazed windows, as example. The rate is £ 45, satisfied.

The location was particularly good, right in the centre of where you want to be in Madrid and the interior design was nice. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby El Tigre.

Great and unbeatable location very close to the metro station, in the pretty nice area. Steps away from a famed street. Had twin room with TV, view to the outside world plus a comfortable bed. Brand-new facilities.

Totally recommend this place and would happily return. Had a really good stay for 3 day visit, glad I've chosen it. The most important was the staff - fabulously helpful and very friendly people. The hotel restaurant was good.

The hotel was situated in the very central location in that "so called " cafe. And it was also close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, main attractions and so near the metro, shops, restaurants and tourist spots. There was plenty of good meals.

Marvellous, fab location near Royal Palace, Museums and a beautiful city with loads to do, kind staff. Also, close to many bars and restaurants.

Had a really good stay for 3 day visit. Stayed in twin room with balcony which was perfect for me. Everything was good as expected, but the bathroom was really small.

Everything about this lovely central hotel was great. The room was both silent and individual with an excellent shower, we really enjoyed it. The location was brilliant, for example, a cibeles palace was at a walking distance from the property.

Everything was simply perfect. Clean place, staff was attentive and efficient. The location was marvellous and handy, and we could reach street of Montera by walking. Plus, it was next to bars and amenities, and the centre.

the location was handy, near a history museum. the employees were flexible and understanding and kept it all clean.

Liked staying at the twin room. The staff were EFFICIENT and amicable hole time of my stay. Its location not too far from Wax Museum was marvellous.
